REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Ovader Watch Co., each piece is custom-made using customer-provided materials. Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of our process, our refund and return policy is limited and specific.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY

All Ovader watches are made-to-order and uniquely crafted. As a result:

- All sales are final once production has begun

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS (BEFORE PRODUCTION)

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

If a cancellation is approved:

- A partial refund will be issued

- The refund will be less any non-recoverable costs, including but not limited to:

- Shipping fees

- Cremated remains shipping kits (if provided)

- Payment processing fees (if applicable)

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

 

DEFECTS & ERRORS

 

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

If your watch arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or if an error was made in fulfilling your order, we will:

- Repair or replace the item at our discretion

- Request return of the original item for inspection if necessary

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The following are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

- Cosmetic changes over time

- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

 

WARRANTY SUPPORT

If an issue arises within the warranty period, please contact us. In some cases, we may be able to repair or recreate components using retained materials (see Material Handling Policy).

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for:

- Shipping materials to Ovader Watch Co.

- Return shipping (unless related to a verified defect or error)
