SHIPPING POLICY
Last Updated: April 3, 2026
Domestic Shipping
Ovader currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs for both the submission of materials and delivery of the completed watch are included in the purchase price.
Sending Your Materials
After your order is placed, Ovader will provide shipping instructions, a material submission form, and a prepaid shipping label. For Ash Watches, customers will receive a cremated remains shipping kit designed to comply with applicable USPS requirements for cremated remains. For Sand and Soil Watches, customers will receive shipping instructions, a prepaid shipping label, and a material submission form. The material submission form should be completed and included with your shipment to help ensure proper identification and processing of your order.
Material Submission Deadline
Customer materials must be received by Ovader within 14 days of order placement. If materials are not received within this timeframe, the order will be placed on hold and Ovader will attempt to contact the customer. If the customer cannot be reached, the order may be canceled and refunded less any shipping or processing costs already incurred by Ovader.
Production Lead Time
The estimated production time for an Ovader watch is 2–4 weeks. Production time begins once customer materials have been received and accepted by Ovader.
Completed Watch Shipment
Completed watches are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information once their order has shipped. All completed watches are insured during transit. A signature is not required upon delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Ovader is responsible for your shipment until the carrier marks the package as delivered. Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure a secure delivery location.
Unsuitable Materials
If submitted materials arrive damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for the Emberite™ process, an Ovader representative will contact the customer to discuss available options before production begins.
Return of Materials
Unused cremation ash will be returned with the completed watch whenever possible. Unused sand and soil will not be returned unless specifically requested by the customer prior to production. For warranty purposes, Ovader may retain one or more completed Emberite™ discs for up to one year following delivery of the watch. These retained components are used solely to support warranty claims and replacement needs. At the conclusion of the warranty period, any retained Emberite™ discs will be respectfully disposed of.
