Warranty Policy
Ovader One-Year Limited Warranty
Last Updated: July 2026
At Ovader, every watch is handcrafted with care and designed to carry what matters most. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are proud to offer the following One-Year Limited Warranty.
Warranty Coverage
Every Ovader watch is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship beginning on the date of delivery.
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Ovader may repair or replace the watch, at our sole discretion.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or a gifted recipient whose purchase can be verified through Ovader records.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the normal function of the watch, including:
Mechanical movement defects
Crown defects
Dial defects
Watch hand defects
Crystal defects resulting from manufacturing
Bracelet defects
Clasp defects
Water intrusion determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect
Emberite™ Dial
Every Emberite™ dial is individually handcrafted using customer-supplied ashes, sand, or soil. Because of this process, natural variations in color, texture, pattern, and appearance are expected and are part of the unique character of every Ovader watch. These natural variations are not considered defects.
To help preserve the originality of your watch, Ovader retains a spare handcrafted Emberite™ disc whenever possible. In the rare event that a dial must be replaced due to a covered mechanical repair, every effort will be made to use your reserved Emberite™ disc so your watch retains its original story and appearance.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic scratches, dents, or scuffs
Crystal breakage caused by impact
Damage resulting from dropping or striking the watch
Water damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or failure to properly secure the crown
Damage resulting from exceeding the stated water-resistance rating
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear of straps, bracelets, or clasps
Loss or theft
Cosmetic aging or changes resulting from normal use
Water Resistance
Ovader watches are designed to meet their stated water-resistance rating when used properly.
If water intrusion occurs during the warranty period, Ovader will inspect the watch to determine whether the cause was the result of a manufacturing defect or another factor. Warranty coverage for water-related claims will be determined following inspection.
Warranty Registration
Warranty registration is encouraged but not required.
Customers may register their watch through the Warranty Activation page on our website to receive product updates, simplify future support, and become part of the Ovader community.
If a warranty claim is submitted, proof of purchase may be requested to verify eligibility.

Repairs Outside of Warranty
Even if your watch is no longer covered—or the damage is not covered under this warranty—Ovader will gladly evaluate your watch and, whenever reasonably possible, offer repair services at a fair and reasonable cost.
Limitation of Liability
This limited warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the watch as described above. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
